Once you have taken the mandatory, in-person Pre-Licensing class AND secured an office, we can help you with the paperwork. The price for the paperwork is $395. We will register your LLC with the Georgia Secretary of State, obtain your EIN Number, obtain your Sales Tax Number, create an Operating Agreement for you, reach out to third party bond and insurance companies, and upload your application/paperwork to the Secretary of State's GOALS online portal. The bond and insurance companies will call or email you with reasonable quotes. The bond is for 2-years & $35,000 and requires a soft pull on your credit. The required insurance type is garage liability for $125,000 minimum and is based on your driving history in the past 3 years. If you already have an LLC registered, we only charge $295. However, it is recommended that you select the full $395 package. While we complete most of the paperwork, there will be a few tasks that you will need to complete on your own such as taking pictures of your office, paying/registering for fingerprinting, obtaining your business license, getting your zoning form signed and notarized, etc. Unfortunately these things are out of our control for legal purposes. However, we will go over everything, provide you with a checklist to make the process quick & easy, and answer any questions you may have along the way!

Remember, you MUST have taken the pre-licensing class AND secured an office before we can help you with the paperwork. Once both have been completed, select "Online Questionnaire" to fill out our online paperwork questionnaire form. You must complete and submit this form in order for us to help you.
